Description
Vynález, ee týká elektronické vyhodnocovací jednotky s opekoveným vyhodnocováním signálů vady tvořící součást aparatury pro snímání.vad v průběhu procesu výroby pletenin na pletacích strojích, zejéma no okrouhlých pletscích strojích.The invention relates to an electronic evaluation unit with a toasted evaluation of defect signals forming part of an apparatus for sensing a defect during the knitting process of knitting machines, in particular of circular knitting machines.
Během technologického procesu pletení dochází ke vzniku vsd v pleteninách v důsledku poruch funkčních elementů ne pletacích strčjích, nepř. jehel, pletin, zámků a pod. nebo poruch souvisejících s dodávkou s kvalitou nití. During the technological process of knitting, vsd occurs in knitted fabrics as a result of failures of functional elements on knitting sticks. needles, knitwear, locks and the like. or defects related to the supply of thread quality. Defects in knitted fabrics deteriorate the product partially or completely from the occurrence of the defect. The control of knitting parameters coming from the machine is a prime requirement not only in terms of fulfilling the quality indicators, but also a prerequisite for the effective application of the production process automation. Reliable and timely detection of defects in knitted fabrics translates into savings in material, product quality, increased labor productivity, increased machine section, simplified or eliminated quality control by operators of knitting machines, and consequently on inspection tables for knitting classification.
Recognition of defects in knitted fabrics is based on mechanical, pneumatic or opticelectronic principle by means of various types of sensing sensors.
Mechanické a pneumatické hlídače vad jsou schopné detektovat pouze hrubé vady v pleteninách bez možnosti rozlišení na vady méně výrazné a vady vyhraněného typu a charakteristiky.Mechanical and pneumatic defect detectors are only capable of detecting gross defects in knitted fabrics without the possibility of differentiating them into deficiencies of less pronounced defects and defects of distinct type and characteristics.
Optickoelektronické hlídače vad sníc”?jí zvolený fyzikální parametr s následným vyhodnocováním signálů, přičemž snímač generuje analogový, zpravidla elektrický signál, úměrný svou velikostí sledovanému parametru. Vzhledem k náhodné povaze signálu parametru je účelné provádět detekci vad v režimu a opakovaným vyhodnocováním signálu, t.j. že vada je uznána jestliže aktuální počet registrovaných signálů vad během n otáček pletacího stroje dosáhne hodnoty n^. Pro volbu n^, n platí nerovnost 0<n^< n, přičemž vzájemný poměr n a η^ β velikost n ovlivňují detekční výkonnost - proporce správných a chybných reakcí vyhodnocovací jednotky, nOptical-electronic defect detectors decrease the selected physical parameter with subsequent evaluation of the signals, while the sensor generates an analog, usually electrical signal, proportional to its size of the monitored parameter. Due to the random nature of the parameter signal, it is expedient to perform defect detection in mode and re-evaluate the signal, i.e., a defect is acknowledged if the actual number of registered defect signals during n turns of the knitting machine reaches the value n ^. For the choice n ^, n the inequality 0 <n ^ <n applies, where the mutual ratio n and η ^ β size n influence the detection performance - proportions of correct and erroneous reactions of the evaluation unit, n
Možná volba n je Oj» y .Possible choice n is Drawbar.
Dosud známé optickoelektronické hlídače vad v pleteninách sestávají v klasickém provedení z optického čidla, světelného zdroje, zesilovače signálu a z vyhodnocovacího obvodu. Toto běžně používané uspořádání vykazuje některé nedostatky a zejména nerespektuje ná&edný charakter vyhodnocovacího signálu, jehož účinné zpracování není umožněno použitým vyhodnocovacím obvodem. The known optical-electronic defect detectors in knitted fabrics consist in the classical design of an optical sensor, a light source, a signal amplifier and an evaluation circuit. This commonly used arrangement has some drawbacks and, in particular, does not respect the forward character of the evaluation signal, the effective processing of which is not allowed by the evaluation circuit used. Due to the random nature of the evaluation signal, errors in defect recognition often occur, i.e. the knitted fabric is detected without defect and vice versa.
In particular, it is an object of the invention to increase the reliability of defect detection in knitted fabrics, namely the aesthetics of the occurring deficiencies of commonly used scanning devices.
This object has been achieved according to the invention by an electronic evaluation unit with repeated evaluation of the defect signals, the evaluation unit being part of an apparatus for sensing defects on knitting machines, in particular circular knitting machines. The invention relates to interconnected function blocks of an electronic evaluation unit, namely a defect signal counter block, a knitting machine speed counter block and a machine stop block. In terms of block interconnection, the defect signal counter blink comprises an amplifier and a defined frequency response which is coupled to a non-linear amplifier, each output being coupled to a comparator that is coupled to a multi-turn reference potentiometer and a monostable flip-flop. defect β signaling circuit through the defect counter input *, the other input of which is connected to an observation interval decoder whose inputs are connected to the output of the speed counter, whose input is connected to the speed shaping circuit output to which the speed sensor is connected. Another machine speed counter block that utilizes a speed sensor, speed shaping circuit, and speed counter includes an interval decoder coupled to a digital switch whose output is coupled to one state flip-flop input. The machine stop block comprises a gating circuit connected to a control flip-flop which is connected both to the signaling and action circuit of the knitting machine assembly and to the speed counter reset logic circuits, and to a state flip-flop that is connected to the evaluation unit signaling circuit. and with another gate circuit input.
The electronic evaluation unit according to the invention provides a higher effect compared to known devices of this kind, and in particular by allowing the number of sensor responses identified by the comparator as a knit defect to be related to a preselected speed of the knitting machine, thereby substantially eliminating the number of false detection of knit defects. Also advantageous is the solution according to the invention in order to realize the arrangement of the evaluation unit in that the knitting machine is not stopped again after the fault has been removed after the defect has been detected and restarted. Detection activity is automatically resumed after a preset number of ethers of the knitting machine, i.e., when the identified defect is outside the sensor's field of view.
V popisovaném příkladném provedení je znázorněna elektronická vyhodnocovací jednotka s opakovaným vyhodnocováním signálu vsd v pleteninách realizovaná převážně s použitám analogových integrovaných obvodů a číslicových integrovaných obvodů TTL malé a střední hustoty integrace. In the described exemplary embodiment, an electronic evaluation unit with repeated evaluation of the vsd signal in knitted fabrics is shown, realized predominantly using analog integrated circuits and digital small and medium integration density TTL integrated circuits.
As is apparent from the overall configuration of the electronic evaluation unit in the drawing, which does not show the optical sensor, the output signal 100 from the optical sensor is frequency-adjusted in an amplifier with a defined frequency response 1, from which the frequency-adjusted signal 101 leads to a nonlinear amplifier. the processed signal 102 is fed to a comparator 4 where it is compared to a reference voltage level 103 that has been set by a multi-turn reference voltage potentiometer J. The logic signal for exceeding the reference voltage level 104 is fed to a monostable flip-flop circuit. Shaped defect signal 105 controls both the fault signaling circuit 19 and the water input of the switch 20. By closing the switch 21, the activation logic 117 flips the control flip-flop 15. The control flip-flop 109 outputs the reset flip-flop 13 input. at the same time, it affects the counter reset logic 17, which releases the counter 8 by the logic reset counter signal 115. This starts to calculate the 1111 rpm signal generated in the etching circuit 2 by adjusting the 110 rpm signal from the 10 rpm sensor. The logic signals of the speed counter 112 are decoded in the blocking interval decoder 11. The blocking logic signal 113 is compared to a predetermined value in the digital switch 12. When matched, the blocking logic 114 switches the flip-flop 13 and the electronic evaluation unit is put into a state where is ready for detection.
Výstupní signál řídicího klopného obvodu 109 nuluje stavový klopný obvod 13 a dále aktivuje obvod signalizace a akčního zásshu zsstavení pletacího stroje 16, čímž dojde k signalizaci vady a zastavení pletacího stroje. If the shaped defect signal 105 is connected by a switch 20 to one input of the gating circuit 14, the electronic evaluation unit is in a one-time defect detection mode. In this case, the first shaped defect signal 105 is gated by the output signal of the state flip-flop 107 in the gating circuit 14. The output signal of the gating circuit 108 resets the control flip-flop 16. The output signal of the control flip-flop 109 resets the state flip-flop 13 and further activates the signaling and action circuit of the knitting machine 16 to signal a defect and stop the knitting machine.
Je-li tvarovaný signál vady 105 propojen přepínačem 20 na čítači vstup čítače 6 vad, je elektronická vyhodnocovací jednotka ;v režimu opakované detekce a vyhodnocovací interval závisí na přednastavení dekodéru intervalu pozorování χ. Do čítače 8 otáček se v tomto režimu riačítává tvarovaný signál 111 otáček a do čítače 6 vad se načítává tvarovaný signál 105 vady. Dosáhne-li čítač 6 vad předem zvolené hodnoty, přechází elektronická vyhodnocovací jednotka do režimu po detekci vady. Výstupní signál čítače 106 vad vybudí v hradíovacím obvodu J,4 výstupní signál hradlovacího obvodu 108. který nuluje řídící klopný obvod 1£. Výstupní signál řídícího klopného obvodu 109 vyvolává v logickém oovodu nulování čítsče 17 otáček logický signál nulování čítače 115 otáček, který nuluje čítač 8 otáček. Dále aktivuje obvod signalizace a akčního zásahu zastavení pletacího stroje 16. čímž se pletací stroj zastaví.If the shaped defect signal 105 is connected by a counter switch 20 on the input of the defect counter 6, the electronic evaluation unit ; in repeat detection mode and evaluation interval depend on the preset interval of the observation interval χ. In this mode, a rotational speed signal 111 is read into the speed counter 8 and a defect textured signal 105 is read into the defect counter 6. When the defect counter reaches a preselected value, the electronic evaluation unit enters the mode after the defect is detected. The output signal of the defect counter 106 excites an output signal of the gating circuit 108 that resets the control flip-flop 16 in the gate circuit 14. The output of the control flip-flop 109 generates a logic reset counter of the speed counter 115 in the logic counter of the revolutions counter 17, which resets the rev counter 8. Further, the signaling and action circuit activates stopping the knitting machine 16 thereby stopping the knitting machine.
Dosáhne-li oěhem detekční činnosti vyhodnocovací jednotky čítač 8 otáček hodnoty nastavené v dekodéru intervalu pozorování 7, nuluje logický signál nulování čítsče 116 vad Čítač 6 vad a v logickém obvodu nulování čítače 17 otáček vznikne krátkodobý logický signál nulování čítače 115 otáček, který nuluje čítač 8 otáček. If the counter 8 reaches the value set in the observation interval decoder 7 during the scanner detection activity, the counter counts the defect counter 116 and the counter counts the short-term logic reset counter 115 which resets counter 8 speed. In this case, the electronic evaluation unit reacts in such a way that no science has been detected in the pre-set speed interval and returns to the activated state for further defect detection.
Je-li zjištěna vada, je delší zastavení pletacího stroje blokováno do pé doby, než stav Čítače 8 otáček nedosáhne hodnoty předem nastavené v číslicovém čítači 12. Poté aktivuje logický signál ukončení blokování 114 stavový klopný obvod 13. Výstupní signál stavového klopného obvodu 107 odblokuje hradlovecí obvod 14 a čítač 6 vad a v obvodu signalizace aktivovaného stavu 18 signalizuje stav elektronické vyhodnocovací jednotky pro další detekci. If a defect is detected, a longer stop of the knitting machine is blocked until the state of the Speed Counter 8 reaches the value preset in the digital counter 12. Then, the blocking logic 114 activates the status flip-flop 13. The output flip-flop 107 disables the gating gate. the circuit 14 and the defect counter 6 and in the activated state signaling circuit 18 signals the state of the electronic evaluation unit for further detection.
