Vynález rieši kombinovanú viacúčelovúpriečnu, plošné lisovanú dutu došku na bázedřeva so zníženou horlavostou.The invention solves the combined multipurpose cross-sectional flat pressed hollow that is made of wood with reduced flammability.
Doteraz vyrábané došky na báze minerál-nych látok, najma azbestu, čadiěových a skle-něných vlákien sú rovnako vysoko ohňovzdor-né, ale málo pevné, křehké a poměrně ťažké(ezalit, dupronit, izomín), pretože sa lisujúplošným spósobom bez vylahčujúcich kru-hových otvorov. Ako konštrukčný materiálich možno použit len v kombinácii s ocelo-vými rámami, ktoré sú však deficitným ma-teriálom. Súčasná výroba dveří so zníženouhorlavostou z uvedených materiálov v podni-koch miestneho hospodárstva má remeselnýcharakter a je značné pracná. Známe sú tiežsendvičové došky na báze spenenýoh nlastov(polystyrén, polyuretan) ia velkoplošnýchdřevných materiálov (DTD, DVD), ktoré sú1’ahké, ale majú nízké pevnostně vlastnosti anízku požiamu odolnost. Ohňovzdorná im-pregnácia hotových výrobkov do hmoty jeobtiažna. V súčasnosti vyrábané domové dve-ře na báze dřeva sú v podstatě voštinovédošky pláštované dřevenou dýhou alebo DVDa povrchové upravované pomocou lakov, kto-ré nesplňajú požiadavky požiarnej odolnosti,ani odolnost proti prerazeniu.
