Abstract
Predpátné prizmatické valivé vedenie pre zváracie automaty Vynález sa týká predpátého prizmatického valivého vedenia pre zváracie automaty, pre priamočiary pohyb vodiaceho telesa s obojstrannou prizmou voči nosnému telesu, pomocou motorického alebo ručného pohonu. Účelom vynálezu je zabezpečit’ bezvólové vedenie, nízké odpory pri přestavovaní, odolnost voči prašnému prostrediu, citlivé a přesné prestavovanie vodiaceho telesa Horáka na zváracích automatoch využívajúcich motorické, alebo ručné ustavovanie horáka voči zvarovému spojů. Predpáté prizmatickévalivé vedenie pre zváracie automaty sa vyznačuje tým, že pozostáva z dvoch kladiek pevne uložených na nosnom telese pre vedenie obojstrannej prizmy z jednej strany a z dvoch letmo uložených kladiek umiestnených na koncoch listovej pružiny pre vedenie obojstrannej prizmy z druhej strany. Listová pružina jp upevněná na konzolu rozoberatelne spojená s nosným telesom a predpínacou skrutkou pre dosadnuí tie letmo uložených kladiek do obojstrannej prizmy.
