Vynález sa týká ultrazvukových meni“ čov využitelných pre tekutinové prostredie Vynález rieši orientáciu membrán na ultrazvukových meničoch. Podstata vynálezu spočívá v tom, že skrutka membrány ultrazvukového meniča je opatřená závitovým medzičlenom, ktorý je spevnený poistným členom. Vynález sa týká ultrazvukových meni“ čov využitelných pre tekutinové prostredie
Vynález rieši orientáciu membrán na ultrazvukových meničoch.
Podstata vynálezu spočívá v tom, že skrutka membrány ultrazvukového meniča je opatřená závitovým medzičlenom, ktorý je spevnený poistným členom. Poistný člen je tvořený aj skrutkou opatřenou rozpínacím kuželom.

Vynález sa týká ultrazvukového meniča, na ktorý je priskrutkovaná membrána. V niektorých aplikáciach výkonového ultrazvuku sa používajú menice s nekruhovou výstupnou plochou. Z hladiska rovnoměrného rozloženia ultrazvukovej energie je potřebné menice orientoval vzhladom na ich priečne osi. V prípadoch, ked sú menice připojené na výstupnú plochu skrutkovaním sa používajú na ich orientáciu podložky roznych hrúbok, ktoré. sa podkladajú pod dosadacíu plochu meniča. Druhé příkladné provedenie ultrazvukového meniča sa od prvého líši tým, že poistný člen 6 /obr. 2/ je opatřený závitom na povrchu a je zaskrutkovaný v medzičlene 3^ pričom dosadá na čelo skrutky J_. Poistný člen 6_ je opatřený ovládacím vnútorným šesťhranom 4_.
Tretie příkladné provedenie má poistný člen /obr. 3/ tvořený skrutkou zaskrutkovanou v otvore skrutky membrány 2^. Poistný člen _6 je opatřený rozpínacím kuželom a ovládacím štvorhranom

The invention relates to an ultrasonic transducer to which a membrane is screwed. In some power ultrasound applications, transducers with a non-circular exit surface are used. In order to distribute the ultrasonic energy evenly, the transducers required are oriented with respect to their transverse axis.
