Description
Vynález se týká barevných dioptrických fotochromických skel, zejména pro použití v oční optice, na bázi halogenidů stříbra, zabarvených ještě před aktivací slunečním zářením nebo jiným zdrojem ultrafialového zářeni, iontovými barvivý.The invention relates to colored dioptric photochromic glasses, in particular for use in ophthalmic optics, based on silver halides, colored by ionic dyes prior to activation by sunlight or other ultraviolet radiation source.
Barevná fotochromická skla používaná např. k výrobě protislunečních brýlových skel jsou známa. Tak např. podle čs. autorského osvědčení č. 154 914 je známo barevné fotochromické sklo zabarvené NdjOj· Uvedené sklo, jakož i další známá skla jsou však pro některé účely ochrany zraku méně vhodná, a to vzhledem k výrazné absorpci v rozmezí vlnových délek 500 až 600 nm. Zejména pro ochranu zraku proti účinkům slunečného záření je výhodné plynulé zvýšení absorpce v celém viditelném oboru spektra. Uvedené požadavky splňuje barevné dioptrícké fotochromické sklo podle vynálezu, jehož podstata spočívá v obsahu, ve hmotnostních Z, 30 až 70 kysličníku křemičitého Si02, 2 až 50 kysličníku boritého B2O3, 3 až 27 kysličníku hlinitého Al^-j, 1 až 12 kysličníku sodného Na20, 0,001 až 0,1 kysličníku měňnatého CuO, nejméně jednoho halového prvku v uvedeném množství ze skup iny zahrnuj ící 0,5 až 2 fluoru F, 0,1 až 1,0 chlóru Cl,' 0,1 až 2 bromu Br a stopy až 1,0 jódu 1, 0,1 až 1,0 stříbra Ag, 0,001 až 0,1 sirníku stříbrného Ag9S a/nebo 0,001 až 0,1 selenidu stříbrného, nejméně jednoho kysličníku v uvedeném množství ze skupiny zahrnující 0,05 až 0,5 kysličníku manganičitého Mn02, 0,001 až 0,1 kysličníku kobaltnatého CoO, 0,001 až 0,2 kysličníku chromitého Cr2O3 a 0,1 až 0,5 kysličníku nikelnatého NiO. Sklo se tavilo při teplotě 1 450 °C a sklovina byla homogenizována vrtulovým míchadlem.
