Vynález se týká zvedacího zařízení pro tělesně postižené osoby do lázně.The invention relates to a lifting device for a disabled person into a bath.

Dosavadní způsob přenášení tělesně postižených osob do lázně vyžaduje značnou fyzickou námahu obsluhujícího personálu, dochází k velkému náporu na statický a pohybový aparát tohoto personálu. Je zapotřebí dvou až tří obsluhujících osob, přičemž je ohrožena jejich bezpečnost vzhledem k možnosti uklouznutí a poranění. Je rovněž nutné dvojí překládání pacienta, a to z nemocničního lůžka na přepravní vozík a z přepravního vozíku do koupací vany. Jiný dosavadní způsob spočívá v mechanickém zařízení, umístěném fixně na otočném čepu vedle koupací vany, jehož pomocí se zvedne pacient z přepravního nemocničního vozíku a spustí se do vany. Nevýhodou tohoto způsobu je rovněž skutečnost, že není možno dokonale omýt všechny části těla koupaného pacienta, zejména zespodu, jelikož pacient vždy buď sedí na dně vany, nebo v sedačce, takže spodní části těla nejsou dokonale přístupné pro důkladné omytí. Another prior art method consists in a mechanical device fixedly fixed on the pivot pin next to the bathtub, by means of which the patient is lifted from the transport hospital trolley and lowered into the bathtub. A disadvantage of this method is also the fact that not all parts of the body of the bathed patient can be thoroughly washed, especially from below, since the patient always sits either at the bottom of the tub or in the seat, so that the lower parts of the body are not perfectly accessible for thorough washing. Another disadvantage is again the need for double handling of the patient.

Uvedené nedostatky odstraňuje zvedací zařízení pro tělesně postižené osoby do lázně podle vynálezu, jehož podstata spočívá v tom, že zvedací prostředky sestávají jednak ze sedačky z Wilhíkó ftěbó jěffiu podobného ohebného materiálu, opatřené na každé boční straně alespoň třemi odepínatelnými popruhy, jejichž druhé konce jsou upraveny pro zavěšení na zvedací rameno a jednak ze samostatné zvedací soustavy vytvořené dvěma svisle zavěšenými popruhy, na nichž je příčně upraven rozepínatelný obepínací pás pro· hrudníkovou část těla, přičemž konec každého zavěšeného popruhu je opatřen upínacím prostředkem pro stehenní část nohy.The aforementioned drawbacks are eliminated by a lifting device for the disabled according to the invention, characterized in that the lifting means consist, on the one hand, of a seat of Wilhíkó ftěbó jéffiu-like flexible material, provided on each side with at least three detachable straps, the other ends of which for suspending on the lifting arm and, on the other hand, a separate lifting system formed by two vertically suspended straps on which a detachable strap for the thoracic part of the body is transversely provided, the end of each suspended strap being provided with a clamping means for the thigh.

Plátěná sedačka 5 je spojena pomocí karabin 4 s popruhy 3. Tyto popruhy 3 jsou tři na pravé straně sedačky 5 a tři na levé straně sedačky 5. Na opačných koncích jsou popruhy 3 zakončeny kovovými kroužky 2, které slouží k zavěšení na zvedací rameno 1 přepravního vozíku. Samostatná zvedací soustava sestává ze dvou závěsných popruhů 13 zavěšených pomocí kovových kroužků 16 na zvedací rameno 1 neznázorněného přepravního vozíku a vybavených přezkami 14. Zvedací zařízení funguje tak, že se pacient vedle lůžka posadí do plátěné sedačky 5, zavěšené na zvedacím rameni 1 přepravního vozíku ve výši lůžka, a v této sedačce 5 se pomocí přepravního vozíku přemístí do koupelny nad koupací vanu a spustí se do vany. Po vykoupání horní části těla se pacient upne do soustavy popruhů, sestávající z obepínacího pásu 8 pro hrudníkovou část těla, dvou svisle zavěšených popruhů 7, dvou nastavitelných popruhů 10 pro nohy, dvou upínacích prostředků 11 pro stehenní části nohou a dvou závěsných popruhů 13 spojených kovovými kroužky 6 se svisle zavěšenými popruhy 7, které se zavěsí na rameno 1 přepravního vozíku. Claims

Lifting device for a disabled person in a bath comprising a lifting arm for suspending the lifting means, characterized in that the lifting means consist, on the one hand, of a seat (5) of textile or similar flexible material, provided on each side with at least three detachable straps (3) the other ends of which are adapted to be suspended on a lifting arm (1) and on the other hand from a separate lifting system formed by two vertically suspended straps (7) on which a detachable band (8) extends laterally for the chest part; (7) is provided with a clamping means (11) for the thigh leg.
