Description
Predmetom vynálezu je penotvorný ochranný prostriedok proti ohňů, určený na ochranu dřeva a dřevných materiálov, ktorý znižuje ich horTavosť a zvyšuje požiarnu odoTnosť stavebných konštrukcií zhotovených z týchto materiálov.SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention provides a flame retardant for the protection of wood and wood materials, which reduces their flammability and increases the fire resistance of building structures made of these materials.
K ďalším nevýhodám patří 1’ahká vyluhovatel’nosť, zhoršenie povrchového vzhPadu materiálu a jeho mechanických vlastností. Rózne nedostatky sa prejavili i u vyvíjených penotvorných ochranných náterov ako například hygienická závadnosť, lepivost’, nedostatočná stálost’, zhoršenie vzhPadu chráněného materiálu.Currently used fire protection means have many drawbacks. In particular, it is relatively low in performance in conventional application methods for aqueous ammonium salt formulations and in the short life of the alkali silicate coating. Other drawbacks include 1 'easy leachability', deterioration of the surface appearance of the material and its mechanical properties. Various deficiencies have also been observed in the development of foaming protective coatings, such as hygienic defects, tackiness, lack of stability, and deterioration in the appearance of the material to be protected.
Váčšinu týchto nedostatkov odstraňuje ochranný prostriedok podPa vynálezu, ktorý obsahuje 25 až 50 hmotnostných dielov organického pojivá, například disperzného akrylátového polyméru alebo melamínformaldehydovej živice, 5 až 10 hmotných dielov močoviny alebo ureafosfátu, 5 až 10 hnotnostných dielov hydrolyzovaného škrobu alebo dextriňu, 5 až 10 hmotnostných dielov hydrogenfosforečnanu amonného alebo dihydrogenfosforečnanu amonného, 1 až 5 hmotnostných dielov oxalátu draselného alebo tomu zodpovedajúce množstvo jeho vodného roztoku, vzniklého zmiešaním ekvivalentných množstiev nasýtených roztokov kyseliny oxálovej a hydroxidu draselného, 10 až 15 hmotnostných dielov vody a až 5 hmotnostných dielov aditív, zlepšujúcich homogenitu systému, například karboxymatylcelulózy alebo tenzidu. Most of these drawbacks are overcome by a preservative according to the invention comprising 25 to 50 parts by weight of an organic binder, for example a dispersed acrylate polymer or melamine-formaldehyde resin, 5 to 10 parts by weight of urea or ureaphosphate, 5 to 10 parts by weight of hydrolysed starch or dextrin. parts by weight of ammonium hydrogen phosphate or ammonium dihydrogen phosphate, 1 to 5 parts by weight of potassium oxalate or an equivalent amount of its aqueous solution formed by mixing equivalent amounts of saturated solutions of oxalic acid and potassium hydroxide, 10 to 15 parts by weight of water and up to 5 parts by weight of additives , for example, carboxymathylcellulose or a surfactant.
Výroba ochranného prostriedku podPa vynálezu je jednoduchá a spočívá s postupnom primiešavaní jednotlivých zložiek a zhomogenizovaní zmesi. The preparation of the preservative according to the invention is simple and consists in the gradual mixing of the individual components and the homogenization of the mixture.
Prostriedok podl’a vynálezu umožňuje znížiť horTavosť chráněných materiálov, ktoré možno zatriediť podl’a CSN 73 0853 do triedy C 1 připadne B. Dostatočné aplikačně množstvo prostriedku je 200 až 400 g/m2.The durability of the composition and its fire protection effect is better than the compositions used hitherto. At the same time, it is favorably treated to the surface of the materials to be protected, whereby it is possible to select transparency or shade and hiding power by adding dyes or inorganic pigments. The composition according to the invention makes it possible to reduce the flammability of the protected materials which can be classified according to CSN 73 0853 in class C1 or B. A sufficient application rate of the composition is 200 to 400 g / m 2 .
Příklady použitia prostriedku:Examples of use:
Příklad 1Example 1
K 25 hmotnostným dielom disperzného akrylátového polyméru sa přidalo 5 hmotnostných dielov močoviny a 5 hmotnostných dielov rozpuštěného škrobu a 1 hmotnostný diel karboxymetylcelulózy.To 25 parts by weight of the dispersed acrylate polymer was added 5 parts by weight of urea and 5 parts by weight of dissolved starch and 1 part by weight of carboxymethylcellulose.
Zmes sa zhomogenizovala a primiešal sa roztok 10 hmotnostných dielov hydrogénfosforečnanu amonného a 5 hmotnostných dielov oxalátu draselného v 35 hmotnostných dieloch vody. Ochranným prostriedkom sa natřeli vzorky smrekového dřeva o hrúbke 10 mm. Vznikol transparentný ochranný nátěr. Skúšala sa horPavosť chráněného dřeva podPa ČSN 73 0853. Vzorky s príjmom ochranného prostriedku cca 300 g/m2 vykázali úbytok hmotnosti v priemere 5,8 %, čo zodpovedá triede horPavosti C 1. Vzorky s príjmom ochranného prostriedku cca 600 g/nr vykázali úbytok hmotnosti v priemere 4,4 %, čo zodpovedá triede horPavosti B.The mixture was homogenized and mixed with a solution of 10 parts by weight of ammonium hydrogen phosphate and 5 parts by weight of potassium oxalate in 35 parts by weight of water. 10 mm thick spruce wood samples were coated with the preservative. A transparent protective coating was formed. The flammability of the protected wood was tested according to ČSN 73 0853. Samples with a preservative intake of approx. 300 g / m 2 showed a weight loss of 5.8% on average, which corresponds to the flammability class C 1. Samples with a preservative intake of approx. on average 4.4%, which corresponds to the flammability class B.
