Matování nátěrových hmot se doposud provádí přídavkem anorganiokýoh kysličníků jako je kysličník křemičitý něho kysličník hlinitý. Tyto matovací prostředky nejsou v ČSSR dostupné a mimo to jsou velmi drahé.The matting of the coating compositions has hitherto been accomplished by the addition of inorganic oxides such as silica and alumina. These matting agents are not available in Czechoslovakia and are very expensive.
Výše uvedené nevýhody jsou odstraněny podle tohoto vynálezu tím, že se v nátěrové hmotě rozptýlí běžně dostupný PVC práěek o velikosti zrna do 70 mm,přičemž je vhodné dispergovat PVC práěek nejprve v příslušné kapalině, ve které jsou rozpuštěny nebe rozptýleny filmotvorné složky.Množství PVC prášku v nátěrové hmotě je dáno požadovaným stupněm lesku a je možné ho přidávat v množství 2 až 20 % z osikové hmotnosti nematované nátěrové hmoty.
