Abstract
Způsob vedení textilie s malým počtem vaznýeh bodů a zařízení textilních strojů k jeho provádění. Method of guiding a fabric with a small number points and equipment of textile machines for its implementation. The invention provides a method of guiding fabrics with low warp and weft dostávám! on textile and finishing machines, through auxiliary a guide strip to whose surface the fabric adheres and leads through the potential violation relative positions of weft and warp of threads. The belt is provided with an adhesive coating and stretches with sprung guide roller.
Description
Vynález řeší způeob vedení textilie a nízkými osnovními a útkovými dootavami, tj. tkanin a malým pofitem vazných bodfi na textilních a úpravárenakých strojích a rovněž ře ží úprava textilních a úpravárenokých strojů k provádění tohoto způsobu. The invention solves the method of fabric guidance and low warp and weft rewinds, i.e., fabrics and small pofit binding points on textile and finishing machines, and also provides for the treatment of textile and finishing machines for carrying out this method.
Tyto tkaniny jaou charakterizovány vysokou vzájemnou poeuvnoatí oanovních a útkových nití. These fabrics are characterized by a high mutual poeuvre of yarn and weft yarns. Existing ways to prevent this unwanted feed are to use rotatable guide rollers in place of the various guide rods and surfaces that cause the wefts to collapse. Even this method of bagging, in some cases, for example in plain materials such as technical silk, polyolefin tapes, etc., will not prevent weft feed. Already the influence of roller inertia and friction in bearings cause poeuv wefts.
The aforementioned drawback is remedied according to the invention in that the fabric adheres in the final stage of its processing to the surface of the guiding endless belt through which it is guided through all the places and the possibility of breaking the relative position of the weft and reef threads. A fabric is temporarily attached to the auxiliary guiding endless belt, which is guided through the guiding rollers, the pressure rollers, the pulling roll and the penetration, and transported to the winding mechanism. The modification of textile and finishing machines consists in that the guide endless belt is provided with an adhesive coating and its necessary tensioning is performed by swinging or sprung guide rollers in the system.
It is an advantage of the solution according to the invention that all stresses by inertial forces or friction are absorbed by the auxiliary guiding endless belt and are therefore not transmitted to the fabric. The guiding endless belt is provided on the surface, for example with rubber or the like, for better adhesion of the fabric.
The drawing shows an example of guiding the fabric and a small number of bonding points through an auxiliary guide strip on the air jet atav.
Pomocný vodici nekonečný páa 1 je veden přes preník 2, tvořený otočným válečkem, přes odtahová zařízení skládající aa ze dvou přítlačných válečků a tažného válu 4, dále potom přes soustavu vodicích válečků 5, z nichž jeden je zavěšen na ramenech 6. Pružiny 7 působí na ramena 6 tak, že příslušný váleček 2 napíná vodicí nekonečný páa 1.The auxiliary guide endless belt 1 is guided over a crossbeam 2 formed by a rotating roller, through a draw-off device consisting of aa two pressure rollers and a draw bar 4, then through a set of guide rollers 5, one of which is hinged on the arms 6. the arms 6 such that the respective roller 2 tightens the guide endless belt 1.
Postupuje a ním přea odtahové zařízení a vodicí válečky 5 až k navíjecímu zařízeni 9. Uvedeného způsobu lze použít i v jiných případech, kdy je třeba váat tkaninu a malým počtem vazných bodů, například na kaělrovaeleh strojích apod. The fabric 8 is fed to the guide endless belt 1 at the point of penetration 2. It proceeds through the pulling device and the guide rollers 5 up to the winding device 9. This method can also be used in other cases where the fabric needs to be wound with a small number of attachment points. for example, on kaeller machines, etc.
