Description
Vynález sa týká spSsobu antimikrobiálnej úpravy textilného úpletu pracovných rukavic, hlavně z PVC, a iných osobných ochranných pracovných prostriedkov.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a method of antimicrobial treatment of textile knitted work gloves, mainly PVC, and other personal protective equipment.
V súčasnosti u nás vyrábané ochranné pracovně rukavice z PVC resp. gumy nie sú antimikrobiálne upravované, čo naponáha vzniku alergických dermatóz až ekzémových onemocněni, připadne sposobuje zápašnost*ochranných pomocok.Nowadays protective gloves made of PVC resp. gums are not antimicrobially treated, which causes allergic dermatoses and eczema diseases, possibly causing odor * of protective aids.
Uvedené nedostatky odstraňuje sposob podta vynálezu, ktorého odstatou je, že textilný úplet sa naimpregnuje 0,02 až 3,51 hmotn. roztokom tetrametyltiuramdisulfidu, vysuši· sa, nanesie sa naň vrstva PVC do maximálnej hrůbky 5 mm a podrobi ša želatinácii.The above-mentioned drawbacks are overcome by the method according to the invention, which is based on impregnating the textile fabric with 0.02 to 3.51 wt. with a solution of tetramethylthiuram disulfide, dried, coated with a PVC layer to a maximum depth of 5 mm and subjected to gelation.

1. Textilný úplet sa nalmpregnuje 0/02 X alkoholickým roztokom tetrametyltiuramdisulfidu, mysuši sa, nanesie sa naň vrstva PVC pasty do maximálnej hrůbky 5 mm a podrobi sa želatin-ácii.1. The textile fabric is impregnated with 0/02 X with an alcohol solution of tetramethylthiuram disulfide, dried, coated with a layer of PVC paste to a maximum depth of 5 mm and subjected to gelation.
2. Texti.lný úplet sa nalmpregnuje emulziou, obsahujúcou 0/05 X hmotnostných tetrametyItiuramdisulfidua 0/2 X hmotnostných emulgátora, po vysušeni sa naň nanesie vrstva PVC pasty a podrobi sa želatinácii.2. The textile fabric is impregnated with an emulsion containing 0/05 X by weight of tetramethylthiuram disulfide and 0/2 X by weight of an emulsifier, after drying it is coated with a layer of PVC paste and subjected to gelation.
