Abstract

A connector assembly (11), an optical fiber connection joint (1, 3), an optical fiber connector and a prefabricated optical cable (4, 5). The connector assembly (11) comprises a fixing sleeve (111), an elastic component (112), a fixed base (113), a ferrule (114) and a ferrule base (115). An optical fiber (41) extending from the optical cable (4, 5) passes through the fixing sleeve (111), the fixed base (113) and the ferrule base in sequence (115), and is connected to the ferrule (114) inserted on the fixed base (113). The ferrule base (115) is sleeved on the outer side of the elastic component (112) and the fixed base (113). The fixing sleeve (111) is used to fix the optical cable (4, 5). The elastic component (112) is located between the fixing sleeve (111) and the fixed base (113). The ferrule base (115) is connected to the fixing sleeve (111) by means of a first connection structure. The first connection structure is used for the ferrule base (115) to move a certain distance along an axial direction of the optical cable (4, 5) when connected to the fixing sleeve (111). The ferrule base (115) comprises a first abutting part. Once the ferrule base (115) moves in a direction that approaches the fixing sleeve (111) by means of the first connection structure, the first abutting part deforms the elastic component (112) by means of squeezing the fixed base (113), which reduces requirements for the skills and environment of the pipe-threading construction personnel.
