Abstract
Un método para el incremento del rendimiento del aceite de una planta de aceite de palma se da a conocer. El método comprende determinar el nivel de la isomerasa de triosa-fosfato y el nivel de glicerol-3-fosfato deshidrogenasa del tejido del mesocarpio de una fruta de la palma de aceite parental de 11 a 21 semanas después de la polinización de los mismos en comparación con el tejido del mesocarpio o una fruta de una planta de palma de aceite de referencia.
