Abstract

La presente invención corresponde a un dispositivo de extrusión y un cartucho colapsable (18) que contiene material alimenticio extrudible, preferiblemente helado blando. El dispositivo de extrusión consta de un pistón fijo (1), una recámara móvil (2) con dos extremos, en donde, por uno de sus extremos está dispuesta para recibir el pistón fijo (1) y, en el otro extremo, tiene un orificio de salida de recámara móvil (13), donde la recámara móvil (2) está dispuesta para alojar un cartucho colapsable (18) que contiene un material alimenticio extrudible que se extrude a través de una boquilla (19) que se almea con el orificio de salida de recámara móvil (13); un mecanismo para desplazar la recámara móvil (2) y; un chasis al cual se ensambla el pistón fijo (1) y el mecanismo para desplazar la recamara móvil (2). Al desplazar la recámara móvil (2) hacia el pistón fijo (1), el pistón fijo (1) hace presión sobre el cartucho colapsable (18) en la recámara móvil (2) para extrudir el material alimenticio extrudible a través de la boquilla (19) del cartucho colapsable (18). El cartucho colapsable (18) consta de un extremo superior (20) y un extremo inferior (22), donde, al colapsar el cartucho colapsable (18), las superficies de los dos extremos entran en contacto, el extremo inferior (22) tiene una boquilla (19) la cual se extiende alejándose del cartucho colapsable (18).The present invention corresponds to an extrusion device and a collapsible cartridge (18) containing extrudable food material, preferably soft ice cream. The collapsible cartridge (18) consists of an upper end (20) and a lower end (22), where, when the collapsible cartridge (18) collapses, the surfaces of the two ends come into contact, the lower end (22) has a nozzle (19) which extends away from the collapsible cartridge (18).
