Abstract

Se revela un novedoso dispositivo que permite la apertura efectiva de un recipiente o envase cuya tapa estANDamp;aacute; conformada por una superficie laminada, favoreciendo ademANDamp;aacute;s la formaciANDamp;oacute;n de una boquilla que permite el consumo directo e higiANDamp;eacute;nico del contenido envasado. El dispositivo revelado es una sobretapa conformada por: i) una base que presenta un ANDamp;aacute;rea hueca en su parte interna, y ii) una pestaANDamp;ntilde;a ubicada en el ANDamp;aacute;rea hueca de la base y estANDamp;aacute; provista en uno de sus extremos por medios de perforaciANDamp;oacute;n y rasgado, tiene un ANDamp;aacute;rea hueca en su parte interna y se une a la base a travANDamp;eacute;s de dos cabos que conforman un eje sobre el cual gira dicha pestaANDamp;ntilde;a. Una vez la sobretapa es acoplada al envase, el giro de la pestaANDamp;ntilde;a permite perforar la superficie laminada del envase arrastrANDamp;aacute;ndola y creando por tanto una abertura en la lANDamp;aacute;mina para la salida del contenido. El movimiento giratorio de la pestaANDamp;ntilde;a culmina cuando el extremo contrario a aquel que tiene los medios de perforaciANDamp;oacute;n y rasgado alcanza la base de la sobretapa, de manera que se forma una boquilla que facilita el consumo directo de dicho contenido envasado.
