Abstract

The system may include a detector device configured to detect a parameter of an underground formation. The system may also include an expandable material configured to place the detector device towards a surface of the underground formation, by expanding the dilatable material. The system may also include a telescopic section coupled to the detector device and arranged in the expandable material. The telescopic section may be configured to extend while being placed to the detector device.
