Abstract
En su aspecto básico la máquina o planta dosificadora de ingredientes para mezclar concreto, objeto de nuestra invención, comprende una instalación integrada que lleva una tolva doble receptora de arena y grava, con una banda única transportadora, para descargar éstos materiales junto con el cemento en módulo o plataforma de pesaje y dosificación, desde donde los ingredientes como grava, arena, cemento y aditivos se descargan en forma homogénea y dosificada a una máquina o vehículo portador de un tambor de mezclado para producir concreto para la construcción. El modelo de planta se soporta en una estructura metálica y se transporta por remolque a cualquier sitio de obra en que sea requerida.In its basic aspect the machine or dosing plant of ingredients for mixing concrete, object of our invention, comprises an integrated installation that carries a double hopper receiving sand and gravel, with a single conveyor belt, to unload these materials together with the cement in module or platform for weighing and dosing, from where ingredients such as gravel, sand, cement and additives are discharged in a homogeneous and dosed way to a machine or vehicle carrying a mixing drum to produce concrete for construction.
