Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a una bomba de gas con tornillo excéntrico (1) con un estator (2), que tiene una cámara interior del estator (4) con una superficie interna de elastómero (5) así como una admisión de gas (6) y una descarga de gas (7), con lo cual desde la admisión de gas (6) hasta la descarga de gas (7) se define una dirección de transporte por bombeo (flecha 8), y con un rotor (11), que engrana en la cámara interior del estator (4) y se puede impulsar en forma giratoria, en donde debajo del estator (2) se instala un depósito de lubricante (13), que se conecta mediante dispositivos de tubería de lubricante (14) con la cámara interior del estator (4). La invención se relaciona además con un método de bombeo de gas con tornillo excéntrico, en donde en una bomba de gas con tornillo excéntrico (1), con un rotor impulsado en forma giratoria (11) en un estator (2) se transporta y comprime gas a través de una cámara interior del estator (4) con una superficie interna de elastómero (5), gas que proviene de una admisión de gas (6) hacia una descarga de gas (7), por lo cual desde la admisión de gas (6) hasta la descarga de gas (7) se define una dirección de transporte por bombeo (flecha 8), y en donde desde un depósito de lubricante (13) debajo del estator (2), mediante dispositivos de tubería de lubricante (14), se efectúa un aprovisionamiento de lubricante a la cámara interior del estator (4) y se retroalimenta lubricante desde la cámara interior del estator (4), mediante los dispositivos de tubería de lubricante (14), al depósito de lubricante (13).
