Abstract

Se proporciona un pañal desechable 1 con una pieza de hoja que hace contacto con la piel 33b por encima de una hoja superior permeable a los líquidos 32. La pieza de hoja que hace contacto con la piel 33b está formada con aberturas 38 y 39 que se extienden en la dirección hacia atrás y hacia adelante a través de la cual los desechos corporales son guiados hacia la hoja superior 32 y ambas zonas laterales 40 de la pieza de hoja 33b sobre ambos lados de estas aberturas como se observa en una dirección transversal B, están provistas con miembros elásticos 37 unidos bajo tensión. Hacia afuera de la pieza de hoja que hace contacto con la piel 33b como se observa en la dirección transversal B, se proporcionan barreras contra escapes 58 y zonas laterales 40 de la pieza de hoja que hace contacto con la piel 33b que son unidas a las barreras contra escapes 58 a lo largo de las regiones definidas entre los bordes próximos y los bordes libres de las respectivas barreras contra escapes 58.
