Abstract

Method for the extraction of hydrocarbon from an underground reservoir comprising, - providing at least one injector well (1) comprising a pipe assembly adapted to inject the necessary means to initiate and / or maintain the combustion reaction within the reservoir ( 100); - providing at least one production well comprising a substantially horizontal portion (6), and having a suitable set of pipes to fulfill its function of extracting the hydrocarbon that enters inside said production well (2) a through the substantially horizontal portion (6), wherein said substantially horizontal portion (6) comprises a first end (7), and a second end (8), the horizontal portion (6) being the production well (2) placed so that the end (8) is in a relative position closer to the injector well (1) than the end (7); - start the combustion reaction inside the reservoir by injecting oxidizing gas through the set of pipes present inside the injection well (1) that generates a combustion front that in its path, will first meet the end (8) of the horizontal portion (6) and, subsequently, with the end (7); - extract from the inside of the reservoir, through the assembly of pipes inside the production well (2), the hydrocarbon that enters the horizontal portion (6). Method according to claim 1, wherein the injector well (1) has, along or in part of the section submerged in the reservoir (100), a plurality of openings through which gases and / or fluids enter liquids inside the reservoir. Method according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the injector well (1) has at least 2 pluralities of openings on the section submerged in the reservoir, preferably a relatively high one, close to the roof of the reservoir, and another, relatively low , very close to the lower end.
