Abstract

Un proceso para procesar corrientes provenientes de una unidad de craqueo catalítico tipo fluido, el cual comprende: contactar el catalizador de craqueo con una corriente de carga de hidrocarburos para craquear los hidrocarburos en productos hidrocarburos gaseosos con un peso molecular menor y depositar coque en el catalizador para proporcionar catalizador coquizado; separar el citado catalizador coquizado de los citados productos hidrocarburos gaseosos; agregar por lo menos una porción de una corriente de gas de regeneración con contenido de oxígeno al citado catalizador coquizado; quemar coque en el citado catalizador coquizado con oxigeno para regenerar el citado catalizador y proporcionar gas de chimenea; separar los citados productos hidrocarburos gaseosos para obtener una pluralidad de corrientes de producto, incluida una corriente de producto seleccionado; y combinar por lo menos una porción de la citada corriente de producto seleccionado con por lo menos una porción de la citada corriente de gas de regeneración. Un aparato para procesar corrientes provenientes de una unidad de craqueo catalítico tipo fluido, el cual comprende: un reactor de craqueo catalítico tipo fluido para contactar el catalizador de craqueo con una corriente de carga de hidrocarburos para craquear los productos hidrocarburos en productos hidrocarburos gaseosos, que tienen un peso molecular menor, y depositar coque en el catalizador para proporcionar catalizador coquizado;una salida de producto para descargar los citados productos hidrocarburos gaseosos del citado reactor; un regenerador para quemar coque del citado catalizador coquizado mediante contacto con oxígeno; una salida de gas de chimenea para descargar gas de chimenea del citado regenerador; ....
