Un sistema de fundaciones directas de las paredes para un sistema constructivo conformado por tres componentes estructurales como son: un componente vertical que es un cajón prismático que es sometido a una carga axial de compresión y cuyas paredes externas (1) e internas (2) están estribadas verticalmente a intervalos de aproximadamente 18 veces el espesor de éstas, y horizontalmente por placas de cimentación, un componente horizontal conformado por una losa de fundación (6) y reforzada con mafia, y un tercer componente también horizontal el cual es la losa de fundación (6) y que se encuentra constituido por una placa rectangular continua, en donde dicho sistema de fundaciones se conforma al: - prolongar al subsuelo el conjunto de paredes externas (1) hasta apoyarlas sobre una tira de fundación perimetral (3) de ancho (a) que se encuentra a una profundidad (h) y en donde las paredes externas (1) y tira de fundación perimetral (3) se encuentran acoplados por trabas horizontales de concreto vaciadas en la primera hitada de los bloques apoyados sobre la tira de fundación (3) para el caso de las secciones de BB de las paredes externas (1) y por el vaciado de traba vertical para el caso de las secciones AA de las paredes externas (1), - asentar las secciones AA de las paredes internas (2) sobre la placa de concreto armado vaciado directamente sobre losa de fundación (6) y asentar las secciones BB al incorporar barras de transferencia (7) entre la losa de fundación (6) del conjunto de paredes internas (2) que se apoyan sobre dicha losa de fundación (6), - incorporar pernos de anclaje (8) entre la(s) losa(s) de entrepiso(s) y techo y todas las trabas verticales del conjunto de paredes externas (1), así como también, en las barras de refuerzo horizontales (9) en todo el perímetro y el relleno de concreto (10) de toda la primera hilada de bloques apoyados sobre la(s) losa(s). <EMI FILE="07134638_1" ID="1" IMF=JPEG HE=50 WI=50 >?
