Abstract
1.- Un sistema telefónico, comprendiendo: una unidad terminal comprendiendo: una primer antena;un primer módem conectado a dicha primer antena;una segunda antena;un segundo módem conectado a dicha segunda antena;una interfaz módem conectada a dicho primer módem y a dicho segundo módem; donde dicho primer módem proporciona una primer interfaz aérea usando dicha primer antena para comunicación de corto alcance,dicho segundo módem proporciona una segunda interfaz aérea usando dicha segunda antena, y dicha segunda interfaz aérea es diferente a dicha primer interfaz aérea.2.- El sistema telefónico de Ia reivindicación 1, en donde: dicha interfaz, módem proporciona señales desde dicho primer módem a dicho segundo módem y proporciona señales desde dicho segundo módem a dicho primer módem.3.- El sistema telefónico de la reivindicación 2, en donde:dicha interfaz módem convierte señales recibidas desde dicho primer módem a primeras señales convertidas compatibles con dicho segundo módem y proporciona dichas primeras señales convertidas a dicho segundo módem, y dicha interfaz módem convierte señales recibidas desde dicho segundo módem a segundas señales convertidas compatilbles con dicho primer módem y proporciona dichas segundas señales convertidas a dicho primer módem.1. A telephone system, comprising: a terminal unit comprising: a first antenna; a first modem connected to said first antenna; a second antenna; a second modem connected to said second antenna; a modem interface connected to said first modem and said second modem; wherein said first modem provides a first aerial interface using said first antenna for short-range communication, said second modem provides a second aerial interface using said second antenna, and said second aerial interface is different from said first aerial interface.2.- The system telephone of claim 1, wherein: said interface, modem provides signals from said first modem to said second modem and provides signals from said second modem to said first modem. 3. The telephone system of claim 2, wherein: said modem interface converts signals received from said first modem to first converted signals compatible with said second modem and provides said first converted signals to said second modem, and said modem interface converts signals received from said second modem to second converted signals comparable with said first modem and provide those second converted signals as to said first modem.
