Abstract

1.- Perfeccionamiento en perfil metálico para composición de estructuras para el montaje de cuadros eléctricos, perfil para el montaje de gabinetes, armarios o paneles eléctricos (100) del tipo indoor u outdoor, normalmente en forma de caja metálica con cerramientos laterales (101), incluyendo una o más puertas pivotantes (102), siendo que tales cerramientos, incluyéndose las puertas, normalmente se fabrican de chapas metálicas muy delgadas, por lo tanto, el montaje del conjunto exige el uso de una estructura (103) de perfiles metálicos (104) que, por el lado externo, constituye los medios de sustentación para los cerramientos y accesorios, mientras que, por el lado interno, la misma estructura configura los bastidores para el montaje de los componentes y dispositivos eléctricos y electrónicos; caracterizado por el hecho de que dicho perfil (104) presenta una sección transversal con una geometría definida por un núcleo central en forma tubular con sección cuadrangular (105), donde el vértice (106) está orientado hacia el lado de adentro del gabinete (100), mientras que el vértice opuesto (107) está orientado hacia el lado de afuera del gabinete mencionado (100), como también éstos dos vértices son formados por paredes únicas, lo que no ocurre con los otros dos vértices restantes (108) y (109), que son definidos por el encuentro de la chapa que forman los dosprimeros vértices (106-107) y, desde este punto en adelante, las paredes dobles (110) son prolongadas en una condición coplanar con relación a las paredes adyacentes (106a-106b) del vértice (106), formando alas opuestas (111a 111b), cuyas extremidades son dobladas perpendicularmente formando cortas puntas (112) y (113) que, además de ser ranuradas (114), también son alejadas paralelamente con relación a las paredes adyacentes (107a-107b) del vértice (107), cuya pared (107a) incluye una proyección orientada perpendicularmente hacia afuera configurando una ala perpendicular (115).1.- Improvement in metal profile for composition of structures for the assembly of electrical panels, profile for the assembly of cabinets, cabinets or electrical panels (100) of the indoor or outdoor type, normally in the form of a metal box with side enclosures (101) , including one or more pivoting doors (102), being that such enclosures, including the doors, are normally made of very thin metal sheets, therefore, assembly of the assembly requires the use of a structure (103) of metal profiles ( 104) which, on the external side, constitutes the support means for the enclosures and accessories, while, on the internal side, the same structure configures the racks for the assembly of the electrical and electronic components and devices; characterized in that said profile (104) has a cross section with a geometry defined by a central core in a tubular shape with quadrangular section (105), where the vertex (106) is oriented towards the inside of the cabinet (100 ), while the opposite vertex (107) is oriented towards the outside side of the aforementioned cabinet (100), as these two vertices are also formed by unique walls, which is not the case with the other two remaining vertices (108) and ( 109), which are defined by the meeting of the sheet formed by the first two vertices (106-107) and, from this point forward, the double walls (110) are prolonged in a coplanar condition relative to the adjacent walls (106a -106b) of the vertex (106), forming opposite wings (111a 111b), whose limbs are bent perpendicularly forming short tips (112) and (113) which, in addition to being grooved (114), are also distanced parallel to the adjacent walls (107a-107b) of the vertex (107), whose wall (107a) includes a projection oriented perpendicularly outwardly configuring a perpendicular wing (115).
