Abstract
Un método para producir una hojuela de bocado altamente sazonada que tenga un contenido total de aceite preseleccionado y deseable, comprende:(a) suministrar una hojuela de bocado base que tenga un contenido de aceite predeterminado;(b) aplicar una composición oleaginosa a la hojuela base para así producir una hojuela base recubierta de aceite, dicha composición oleaginosa comprende un material de sazonamiento, y(c) adherir una material de sazonamiento seco a la hojuela base recubierta de aceite para así producir una hojuela de bocado altamente sazonada;en donde el contenido predeterminado de aceite de dicha hojuela de bocado base se selecciona de manera que se inhibe la absorción de aceite por dicha hojuela de bocado base desde dicha composición oleaginosa, y en donde la hojuela de bocado altamente sazonada tiene un contenido total de aceite entre 36% o menos.
