Abstract

Una bebida líquida translúcida compuesta esencialmente por: a. agua, b. glicerofosfato de calcio, c. vitamina C, d. edulcorantes, e. agentes saborizantes; y f. un acidulante, en donde dicha bebida posee un pH dentro del rango de 2,8 - 4,6 y en donde dicha bebida contiene desde 7,2% hasta 18,0% en peso de calcio con base en el peso en seco y en donde dicha bebida aporta por lo menos el 50% de la Ingesta Diaria Recomendada (IDR) para el calcio y la vitamina C para un adulto en 355 ml.A translucent liquid drink consisting essentially of: a. water, b. calcium glycerophosphate, c. vitamin C, d. sweeteners, e. flavoring agents; and f. an acidulant, where said drink has a pH within the range of 2.8 - 4.6 and where said drink contains from 7.2% to 18.0% by weight of calcium based on dry weight and where said drink contributes at least 50% of the Recommended Daily Intake (IDR) for calcium and vitamin C for an adult in 355 ml.
