Abstract
Un dispositivo autónomo para monitorear en forma pasiva laslíneas eléctricas telefónicas y reportar fallas en las mismas; dicho dispositivo comprende:Un componente sensor para medir una pluralidad de condiciones en dichas líneas eléctricas de telefonía, el cual opera sin conexión a la central de la compañía telefónica;Un circuito de monitoria conectado a dicho componente sensor el cual utiliza mediciones de dicho componente con el fin de determinar una pluralidad de condiciones de alarma;Un componente de reporte conectado a dicho circuito de monitoria para reportar dicha pluralidad de condiciones de alarma;y Un suministro de energía para alimentar dicho componente sensor, dicho circuito de monitoria y dicho componente de reporte.1Un dispositivo autónomo para monitorear en forma pasiva las instalaciones eléctricas telefónicas y reportar fallas en la instalación; dicho dispositivo comprende:Un componente sensor para medir el voltaje de punto de entrada (Tip-Ring), la corriente de punto de entrada (Tip-Ring) e impedancia de bucle en dichas instalaciones eléctricas telefónicas; Un circuito de monitoria conectado a dicho componente sensor que utiliza mediciones de dicho componente sensor para determinar un circuito abierto, un cortocircuito e impedancia de bucle inválido;Un componente de reporte conectado a dicho circuito de monitoria para reporter electrónicamente dichas condiciones de alarma a un sistema externo de monitoria...An autonomous device to passively monitor telephone power lines and report failures in them; Said device comprises: A sensor component to measure a plurality of conditions in said telephone power lines, which operates without connection to the telephone company headquarters; A monitoring circuit connected to said sensor component which uses measurements of said component with in order to determine a plurality of alarm conditions; a reporting component connected to said monitoring circuit to report said plurality of alarm conditions; and a power supply to power said sensor component, said monitoring circuit and said reporting component .1A standalone device to passively monitor telephone electrical installations and report installation failures; Said device comprises: A sensor component to measure the input point voltage (Tip-Ring), the input point current (Tip-Ring) and loop impedance in said telephone electrical installations; A monitoring circuit connected to said sensor component that uses measurements from said sensor component to determine an open circuit, a short circuit and an invalid loop impedance; A reporting component connected to said monitoring circuit to electronically report said alarm conditions to a system external monitoring ...
