Abstract

Aparato que emplea corriente parásita de hiperfrecuencia paratermosellado de capas superpuestas de un material de envasado laminado que incluye respectivas capas contiguas de material termoplástico termosellable dispuesto en oposición uno con el otro, donde al menos una capa tiene una susceptibilidad a la corriente parásita de hiperfrecuencia suficiente para generar el calor necesario para fundir el material termoplástico de las capas contiguas enfrentadas al mismo que comprenden: la primera y segunda mandíbulas sellantes que reciben entre ellas las capas superpuestas del material de envasado laminado los medios para mover dichas primera y segunda mandíbulas sellantes aproximándose y alejándose una de la otra para hacer, selectivamente, que las superficies actuantes de la primera y segunda mandíbulas sellantes entren en contacto con las capas superpuestas de material de envasado dispuestas entre ellas y ejerzan una presión de contacto preseleccionada contra las capas superpuestas de material de envase cuando las mandíbulas se muevan una hacia la otra y cesen la presión cuando las mandíbulas se alejen una de la otra, dicha primera mandíbula sellante que incluye varias capas alternantes de materiales eléctricamente conductores y no conductores que definen las varias facetas respectivas y que en conjunto conforman una superficie actuante de dicha primera mandíbula sellante adecuada para entrar en contacto con una superficie de las capas superpuestas del material de envasado que se intenta termosellar, dichas capas eléctricamente no conductoras que, en esencia, no son compresibles a la presión de contacto ejercida por dichas mandíbulas sellantes cuando se mueven una contra la otra, dicha segunda mandíbula sellante que es eléctricamente conductora y que posee una superficie actuante definida por ella que se orienta en relación enfrentada a una superficie opuesta de las capas superpuestas de material de envasado laminado dispuesto entre dichas primera y segunda mandíbulas sellantes.
