Abstract
Un método para el monitoreo de la producción de un reactorcatalítico que comprende:(a) medir las vibraciones de pared a lo largo del elevador de alimentación en mas de dos posiciones, (b) determinar la aceleración RMS en cada una de dichas posiciones, (c) comparar dichas aceleraciones RMS con la aceleración inicial RMS predeterminada cuando dicho reactor está operando en el comportamiento deseado, para determinar un cambio en el comportamiento del reactor.El método de la reivindicación 1 en el cual la aceleración RMS pre-determinada se obtuvo de dicho reactor en un tiempo anterior.El método de la reivindicación 1 en el cual la aceleración RMS pre-determinada se obtuvo de un reactor similar en un tiempo anterior.El método de la reivindicación 1 que comprende además la etapa de (cambiar los parámetros de operación de dicho reactor para regresarlo a la aceleración inicial RMS).El método de la reivindicación 1 en el cual dichos parámetros de operación incluyen temperatura de alimentación, inyección de gas, relación catalizador/petróleo, velocidad superficial del gas, componente de vapor de las toberas, patrón de inyección de alimentación de la tobera, composición de coque en el catalizador y cambios en el catalizador.
