Abstract
La presente invención se refiere al método de obtención de calzado de seguridad con puntera no metálica, obtenida por medio de la doble inyección de un polímero seleccionado, y su producto relacionado. El método de obtención de la presente invención comprende las etapas de inyectar en un primer molde la suela antideslizante; proporcionar una puntera no metálica y fijar dicha puntera sobre la horma mediante una pluralidad de topes superiores, inferiores, laterales y frontales con el fin de ejercer presión y lograr un distanciamiento de la puntera no metálica; recubrir el conjunto de la horma con la puntera no metálica sujeta con un material textil; inyectar el material polimérico seleccionado de la caña, donde por medio de unos filtros ubicados sobre la horma se garantiza el llenado total del material polimérico incluso por la parte interna de la puntera no metálica para obtener el calzado de seguridad. El producto relacionado al presente método de obtención se caracteriza por un calzado de seguridad que comprende una suela antideslizante con una puntera no metálica recubierta por un material textil que se encuentra embebida en una caña.The present invention relates to the method of obtaining safety footwear with a non-metallic toe cap, obtained by double injection of a selected polymer, and its related product. The method of obtaining the present invention comprises the steps of injecting the non-slip sole in a first mold; provide a non-metallic toe cap and fix said toe cap on the last by means of a plurality of upper, lower, lateral and frontal stops in order to exert pressure and achieve a distance from the non-metallic toe cap; cover the last assembly with the non-metallic toe cap attached with a textile material; inject the selected polymeric material from the upper, where by means of some filters located on the last, the total filling of the polymeric material is guaranteed, even on the inside of the non-metallic toecap to obtain safety footwear. The product related to the present production method is characterized by a safety shoe that comprises a non-slip sole with a non-metallic toe cap covered by a textile material that is embedded in a shaft.
