Abstract
Un aparato terminal o un dispositivo en una red central intercambia información de capacidad para cada función en un procedimiento de registro o un procedimiento de establecimiento de sesión de PDU, y en la comunicación de datos de usuario se añade información adicional en un paquete de enlace ascendente para implementar el control de RQoS iniciado por el aparato terminal, y se añade información adicional en un paquete de enlace descendente para implementar el control de RQoS iniciado por un dispositivo de red. Se definen un mensaje de control dedicado e información para una función de autenticación/autorización mediante una DN para implementar la función de autenticación/autorización mediante la DN. Además, el aparato terminal y el dispositivo en la red central tienen un temporizador o un proceso de control para cada partición de red para implementar un proceso de gestión tal como la gestión de congestión para cada partición de red. Esto proporciona un método de control de comunicación para implementar el control de RQoS iniciado por el aparato terminal o iniciado por la red, implementar la función de autenticación/autorización mediante la DN, e implementar el proceso de gestión tal como la gestión de congestión para cada partición de red.
