Abstract

En la presente invención se divulga un método de autorización basado en datos de formulario obtenidos por un rol, que incluye: seleccionar uno o más beneficiarios; seleccionar un formulario y mostrar un campo autorizado utilizado para buscar datos de formulario; mostrar todos los roles en un sistema, definiendo un rol que necesita ser usado para buscar datos de formulario como un rol objetivo, y seleccionar un objeto de destino para cada rol objetivo respectivamente, donde el objeto de destino es un objeto actual, un objeto histórico o todos los objetos; definir un rol objetivo y un usuario o empleado en su objeto de destino como un valor limitado; para cada rol objetivo de cada campo autorizado, obteniendo respectivamente un conjunto de datos de formulario, cualquier valor limitado del rol objetivo del cual está incluido por un valor de campo del campo autorizado en el formulario, y autoriza un permiso de operación para el conjunto. La presente invención logra la autorización dinámica de los datos del formulario, de modo que los permisos relacionados se pueden ajustar automáticamente en la renuncia, transferencia, inducción de los empleados y otros casos, reduciendo así las cargas de trabajo de la operación de autorización y haciéndola menos propensa a errores.
