Abstract

La presente invención corresponde a un gasificador que permite la conversión de biomasa en un combustible gaseoso. Dicho gasificador comprende un reactor, un sujetador localizado al interior del reactor, una pieza de transición con un ducto que atraviesa la pieza de transición. Dicha pieza de transición está localizada dentro del reactor y apoyada sobre el sujetador. El gasificador también comprende una fuente de gas comburente conectada al ducto de la pieza de transición. Adicionalmente, dicho gasificador también tiene una parte que permite depurar gases compuesta por un separador de material particulado conectado al reactor, y este se a su vez se encuentra conectado con un filtro, dicho filtro se conecta con un intercambiador de calor y el intercambiador de calor está conectado con un tanque de amortiguación, el cual conduce el gas de síntesis a un sistema de generación de energía electromecánica o a sistemas de procesamiento químico.The present invention corresponds to a gasifier that allows the conversion of biomass into a gaseous fuel.
