El equipo ECQFLOCS corresponde a un tanque que trabaja a presión atmosférica, diseñado para retirar el aceite y los sólidos en suspensión por medio de microburbujas (80 micrones de diámetro) de aire inducido con boquillas, con una eficiencia estimada del 90% para retiro de grasas yio aceites y un 70% de la cantidad de sólidos suspendidos para que así los efluentes del sistema puedan continuar su curso normal dentro del proceso de disposición final de las corrientes tratadas.
