Abstract

[025] La presente invención hace referencia a un dispositivo de plato para cortar material polimérico bajo agua en peletizadoras, en donde el dispositivo (A) de plato comprende un plato de cuchillas (1), un elemento flexible integrado (2), una manzana o hub de soporte (3) y un eje (4) en donde el elemento flexible integrado (2) comprende una pluralidad de laminillas flexibles (2a) y el plato (1) tiene orificios (1c) por donde pasan sendos tornillos (2c) que comprenden en su parte media un cuerpo liso y cilíndrico con una arandela integrada sobre la cual se ubica un pin (2c’) y en donde los tornillos (2c) entran por uno de sus extremos en los orificios (1c) del plato (1) y se ajustan a través de tuercas (2c”) y por el otro lado, entran en los orificios grandes (2d) del elemento flexible (2) y en donde el pin (2c’) entra en orificios antigiro (2b’) que están ubicados sobre las láminas (2b) de dicho elemento flexible (2).
