Abstract
La presenta invención relaciona una válvula de compuerta, utilizada especialmente en redes de fluidos. La válvula está compuesta por dos cubiertas (400,500) las cuales están unidas por medio de los cuatro orificios ubicados en los extremos de las cubiertas (410,510). Cada cubierta posee un orificio en la parte central de la superficie (420,520) por la cual se genera el paso del fluido. La válvula se conforma por una compuerta circular que cuenta con un orificio (230) sobre su eje vertical, la cual encaja con la superficie de tornillo de cuatro puntas (110) presente en la parte inferior del vástago (100) de la válvula. El vástago (100) cuenta con (i) una superficie en forma de tornillo helicoidal (110). (ii) una superficie lisa (150) en la cual van ubicados los empaques hidráulicos. (iii) un collarín (120). (iv) una superficie lisa (140) en donde es ubicado la parte superior del sello único hidráulico (620). (v) una superficie con canales verticales (130) ubicada en la parte superior del vástago. Finalmente, (vi) un orificio (160) en el extremo superior del vástago en el cual va ubicado el tornillo de cabeza excéntrica (700), el cual es el encargado de sujetar el maneral de operación (300) al vástago de la válvula (100).The present invention relates to a gate valve, especially used in fluid networks. The valve is composed of two covers (400,500) which are joined by means of the four holes located at the ends of the covers (410,510). Each cover has a hole in the central part of the surface (420,520) through which the fluid passage is generated. The valve is formed by a circular gate that has a hole (230) on its vertical axis, which fits with the four-pointed screw surface (110) present in the lower part of the valve stem (100). The rod (100) has (i) a helical screw-shaped surface (110). (ii) a smooth surface (150) on which the hydraulic gaskets are located. (iii) a collar (120). (iv) a smooth surface (140) where the upper part of the single hydraulic seal (620) is located. (v) a surface with vertical channels (130) located at the top of the stem. Finally, (vi) a hole (160) at the upper end of the stem in which the eccentric head screw (700) is located, which is responsible for attaching the operating handle (300) to the valve stem ( 100).
