Abstract

La invención se refiere a un escáner por vibraciones que incluye una base estática y una base amortiguada dentro de la cual se pondrá el objeto a analizar. La base estática permitirá la utilización de un sistema dinámico de impulso que impactará la base amortiguada produciendo una onda de vibración y como resultante un espectro que será captado por sensores del tipo acelerómetros. La base es amortiguada gracias a resortes calculados a tensión para dar sujeción, pero a la vez permitir la libre oscilación. Los acelerómetros están ubicados axial y radialmente a la base amortiguada permitiendo captar la señal vibratoria y adquirirla en un equipo de cómputo para un posterior tratamiento, clasificado, guardado y comparación.The invention relates to a vibration scanner that includes a static base and a damped base within which the object to be analyzed will be placed. The static base will allow the use of a dynamic impulse system that will impact the damped base producing a vibration wave and as a result a spectrum that will be captured by accelerometer-type sensors. The base is cushioned thanks to springs calculated under tension to give support, but at the same time allow free oscillation. The accelerometers are located axially and radially to the damped base, allowing the vibratory signal to be captured and acquired in a computer equipment for later treatment, classification, storage and comparison.
