La presente invención está relacionada con el campo de la electricidad, la producción, conversión o distribución de la energía eléctrica y corresponde a un dispositivo mecánico, modular que sirve de acople entre fuentes de movimiento rotatorio para la generación y amplificación de la potencia energética Se trata de un mecanismo generador de potencia eléctrica y amplificador mecánico de potencia entre fuentes de movimiento rotacional conformado preferiblemente por: el eje rectilíneo A (1) y el eje rectilíneo B (3), las palancas (4); el buje fijo A (9); el buje de desplazamiento B (2); los contrapesos variables (8); el conector (6); el resorte (10); el acople magnético B (16); el acople magnético A(13); el acople magnético B (16); los acoples de tipo manzana (11) y (12); el motor (18) y el generador (19); las bases tipo bisagra (14); un cono (17); bobinas eléctricas (20); pasadores para ensamble (5 y 7).
