Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un método para el diagnóstico, desarrollo e incremento acelerado de habilidades cognitivas en seres humanos en el que se utilizan pruebas neuropsicológicas para la evaluación de habilidades cognitivas, en especial aquellas que conforman la inteligencia deportiva o inteligencia de juego de un individuo: la atención, la memoria, la toma de decisiones, la velocidad de procesamiento y las funciones ejecutivas. El método comprende una fase de evaluación de habilidades cognitivas, también llamada fase de diagnóstico; una fase de planeamiento de actividades físicas y entrenamientos según los lineamientos de un deporte o actividad que un individuo quiera mejorar; una fase de implementación en la que el individuo realiza las actividades diseñadas en la fase de planificación; y una fase de evaluación final. Además, existe la posibilidad de realizar las fases de manera iterativa hasta la satisfacción del individuo o de un tercero.
