Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a una tableta efervescente para la limpieza y desinfección de objetos de diverso tipo, superficies duras, entre otras, así como los métodos para su elaboración. La composición comprende un compuesto generador de cloro seleccionado de ácido dicloroisocianúrico y sales de los mismos; un detergente seleccionado de detergentes aniónicos; un carbonato y un ácido. El método para la elaboración de las tabletas según la invención comprende las etapas de mezclar los componentes de la composición en un proceso continuo sin la necesidad de hacer diversas mezclas por separado. Tanto las tabletas efervescentes según la invención como el proceso para elaborarlas tienen un bajo impacto ambiental, especialmente en lo relacionado con el consumo y contaminación de agua; así mismo, el método permite la obtención de tabletas mediante compresión directa sin que se presente interacción entre sus componentes.The present invention relates to an effervescent tablet for cleaning and disinfecting objects of various types, hard surfaces, among others, as well as the methods for their elaboration. The composition comprises a chlorine generating compound selected from dichloroisocyanuric acid and salts thereof; a detergent selected from anionic detergents; a carbonate and an acid. The method for making the tablets according to the invention comprises the steps of mixing the components of the composition in a continuous process without the need to make various mixtures separately. Both effervescent tablets according to the invention and the process for making them have a low environmental impact, especially in relation to the consumption and contamination of water; Likewise, the method allows obtaining tablets by direct compression without interaction between its components.
