Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un Sistema de enfriamiento rápido de bebidas, que se fundamenta en aprovechar una mayor área de contacto de transferencia de calor sobre un recipiente con bebida a enfriar, permitiendo una disminución en los tiempos de enfriamiento frente a sistemas tradicionales. El sistema utiliza un gas refrigerante para llevar a cabo el enfriamiento de las bebidas y, mediante la interacción de este gas con una serie de elementos dispuestos, se realiza un ciclo de enfriamiento continuo, eliminando el consumo de hielo necesario para enfriar bebidas y disminuyendo el consumo de energía necesaria para adelantar el proceso de enfriamiento. El Sistema denota una configuración versátil que lo hace adecuado para adelantar el enfriamiento simultáneo de múltiples bebidas, preferiblemente contenidas en lata, permitiendo adaptación en sus dimensiones; dependiendo de si el requerimiento es doméstico, comercial o industrial. Adicionalmente, se presenta un método para la fabricación y ensamble del sistema de enfriamiento rápido de bebidas.The present invention refers to a rapid cooling system for beverages, which is based on taking advantage of a greater contact area for heat transfer on a container with the beverage to be cooled, allowing a reduction in cooling times compared to traditional systems. The System denotes a versatile configuration that makes it suitable to advance the simultaneous cooling of multiple beverages, preferably contained in cans, allowing adaptation in their dimensions; depending on whether the requirement is domestic, commercial or industrial. Additionally, a method for the manufacture and assembly of the rapid beverage cooling system is presented.
