Abstract
Se describe una caldera en la que el horno se divide en un horno inferior y un horno superior. El horno inferior usa paredes de membrana enfriadas con agua, mientras que el horno superior usa paredes de membrana enfriadas con vapor que actúan como superficies de supercalentamiento. El horno superior y el paso de convección también se ubican próximos entre sí, de modo que comparten una pared enfriada con vapor común. No hay paso abierto entre el horno y el paso de convección.
