Abstract
La presente invención se relaciona con un proceso para clasificar profundidad anestésica que comprende las etapas de recolección de señales biológicas, acondicionamiento de dichas señales, monitoreo de actividad de Sistema Nervioso Central (SNC) y Autónomo (SNA) y clasificación de patrones en profundidad anestésica: i) Despierto : Vigilia -Ak, y recuperación de respuesta verbal -Rc. Ii) Anestesia Ligera: Anestesia ligera en inducción - Li, recuperación ligera Lr, Dosis ligera, incremento en fármacos o movimiento de paciente (La). iii) Anestesia General: Anestesia general -Ga, un minuto después de iniciado el acto quirúrgico. iv) Anestesia Profunda: identificación del patrón en el EEG ráfaga-supresión (BSP) asociado a anestesia profunda.The present invention relates to a process for classifying anesthetic depth comprising the stages of biological signal collection, conditioning of said signals, monitoring of Central Nervous System (CNS) and Autonomous (SNA) activity and classification of anesthetic depth patterns: i) Awake: Vigil -Ak, and recovery of verbal response -Rc. Ii) Light Anesthesia: Light induction anesthesia - Li, light recovery Lr, Light dose, increase in drugs or patient movement (La). iii) General Anesthesia: General Anesthesia -Ga, one minute after the start of the surgical procedure. iv) Deep Anesthesia: identification of the pattern in the EEG burst-suppression (BSP) associated with deep anesthesia.
