灌装液体的漏斗，属于日常生活中灌装液体的用具，它由一个圆台和一个锥台组成的容腔与一个较小而长的锥台形斗颈相连构成，其外壁沿轴向有一条凹槽或一条凸筋，本实用新型的优点是：结构简单，便于加工，使用方便，排气效果显著，灌装流畅。
Description
本实用新型涉及一种灌装液体用的排气式漏斗。
目前，人们通常用于灌装液体的漏斗构造是：上部由一个园台和一个锥台组成的容腔，下部是一个较小而长的锥台形斗颈。当灌装液体时，漏斗的斗颈通常是和容器的口密合的。这样，液体装入容器一定的时候，容器内的空气不能及时排出，产生正压，从而使漏斗中的液体不能流入容器，人们通常要将漏斗不断抬起，使容器内的空气排出。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种方便的排气式漏斗，使在整个灌装过程中，不用抬起漏斗，就能使容器内的空气及时排出，使液体灌装流畅。
本实用新型的具体解决方案是，在现有漏斗的外壁 沿轴向至少开一条凹槽或至少加一根凸筋。凹槽或凸筋的长度超过斗颈至容腔中部，以适应较大口径的容器使用。
所述灌装液体的漏斗外壁新开的凹槽或加的凸筋其横截面可以是半园形、三角形或其它形状。由于本实用新型的外壁有槽或凸筋作用，在灌体装液体时使其外壁与容器之口不得密合，从而利于容器内的空气排出，使液体灌装流畅。
本实用新型结构简单，生产容易，使用效果明显改善。

参照图1，是本实用新型的一个典型实施例，它由容腔1和斗颈2构成，可用塑料或铁皮制成。在漏斗的外壁沿轴向开有一条凹槽3。凹槽其横截面为一个半园形，其半径为2mm。
参照图2，是本实用新型的另一个实施案例。它是将图1中的外壁凹槽3改为一条凸筋4，凸筋的横截面为一个正三角形，边长为2mm。
Claims (2)
1、灌装液体的漏斗，由一个园台和一个锥台组成的容腔1与一个较小而长的锥台形的斗颈2联接构成，本实用新型的特征是在容腔1和斗颈2的外壁沿轴向至少有一条适当的凹槽3或一条凸筋4。
2、根据权利要求1所述的灌装液体的漏斗，其特征是外壁上沿轴向凹槽3或凸筋4其横截面是半园形或三角形。
