Abstract

全角度摆动电动骨锯，属于医用电动切骨手术器械，是一种可在360度范围内调整锯片角度的摆动式电动骨锯。它的特点是：在摆杆(8)，上安装定位套(10)，压帽(11)安装在定位套(10)上，当需调整切骨角度时，可松动压帽(11)，使摆杆(8)，定位套(10)及销子(9)一起转动，达到可在360度范围内调整锯片(7)角度的目的。本实用新型解决了医生手术时需转动锯体或移动身体的不便。

Description

本实用新型属于医用电动切骨手术器械，是一种可以在360度范围内转动锯片的摆动式电动骨锯。
目前国内外使用的比较先进的切骨手术器械，一种是国产J88－1型摆动电动骨锯，锯头不能转动角度；另一种是国外新产品，锯头可在90度范围内调整，根据手术需要，这种骨锯使用时，仍有180度死角。上述两种骨锯均有医生手术时需转动锯体或移动身体的不足，因而给手术带来了不便。
本实用新型的目的是，在保持现有电动骨锯的优点的前提下，把锯片切骨时可调整的角度改变为360度，解决医生切骨时操作不便的问题。
本实用新型的解决方案是，在摆动式电动骨锯摆杆（8）的前部安装一个定位套（10），其上装压帽（11），销子（9）穿过摆杆（8）和定位套（10）并起支点的作用。当需调整锯片角度时，松动压帽（11），摆杆（8）、定位套（10）及销子（9）一起在360度范围内转动。由于锯片（7）固定在摆杆（8）上，所以锯片（7）可在360度范围内的调整，拧紧压帽（11）后，锯片（7）可固定在所需的角度内，满足医生不同方向的切骨要求。
下面对照附图，对本实用新型做进一步说明：
附图是本实用新型结构示意图。
图中（19）是偏心轴，与摆杆（8）连接，由于拨叉（15）安装在摆杆（8）一端其上有椭圆形槽，摆杆（8）与定位套（10）是间隙配合，所以动力转入偏心轴后，带动摆杆（8）做往复移动。在摆杆（8）前部安装定位套（10），其一端的外侧是斜面，内侧直径大于另一端直径，定位套（10）的斜面与外壳（12）一端动配合，定位套（10）上安装压帽（11），销子（9）穿过定位套（10）及摆杆（8），起支点的作用并限制锯片（7）摆动方向，当手术需要时，松动压帽（11），摆杆（8），定位套（10）及销子（9）一起转动，以达到在360度范围内调整锯片（7）角度的目的。外壳（12）内依次安装偏心轴（19）、轴承（17）、（16），拨叉（15）、摆杆（8），压盖（18）拧在外壳（12）上，图中（1）是螺钉，（2）是锁紧螺钉，（3）是手把，（4）是拨销，（5）是螺钉，（6）是压垫，（13）是销子，（14）是螺钉，（20）是定位块。
本实用新型解决了医生手术时需转动锯体或移动身体的不便，达到了根据手术需要随时调整锯片（7）角度的目的，使用方便，制造简单。

1、一种可在360度范围内调整切骨角度的全角度摆动式电动骨锯，它包括手把(3)，壳体(12)，壳体(12)内装有轴承(16)、(17)及偏心轴(19)偏心轴(19)与摆杆(8)联接，拨叉(15)安装在摆杆(8)后端并开槽，锯片(7)固定在摆杆。(8)上。其特征在于，摆杆(8)上安装定位套(10)，压帽(11)安装在定位套(10)上。
