异型万能角度尺
本实用新型涉及一种现场检测量具,特别是一种异型万能角度尺。
公知的万能角度尺的扇形板的板面角度为29°,板面积较小,无法与其它附件相联接,来完成更多的检测项目,尺座也仅有一边能作基尺,使用起来不太方便。
本实用新型的目的在于设计一种扇形板板面积较大,能联接其它附件,尺座的两个边均可做基尺使用的除能检测角度外还能检测轴类零件、孔类零件和其它零件的位置度的异型万能角度尺。
附图给出了本实用新型的一个实施例。
如图所示,本实用新型是由角尺(1),卡块(2),游标尺(3),制动头(4),尺座(5),扇形板(6),活尺(7)等主要部件组成。扇形板(6)的板面角度为39°,由于板面积的增大使得它可与其它附件相联接;游标尺(3)尺面上的刻线值每一格为1.5′;尺座(5)上零刻线两边的刻线呈对称布置,刻线每一格为1°,两边沿的刻线值均为51°,这一结构使得尺座的两边沿均可做基尺使用。
使用本实用新型的异型万能角度尺,与其它附件相联接除能检测角度外,还能检测轴类、孔类零件和其它零件的位置。

1、一种现场检测量具,特别是一种异型万能角度尺,由角尺(1),卡块(2),游标尺(3),制动头(4),尺座(5),扇形板(6),活尺(7)等主要部件组成,本实用新型的特征在于:扇形板(6)的板面角度为39°;游标尺(3)的尺面上刻线每一格为1.5′;尺座(5)上零刻线两边的刻线呈对称布置。
2、根据权利要求1所述的异形万能角度尺,其特征在于:尺座(5)上两边沿的刻线值为51°。
