Abstract

本实用新型是输送带深划痕或撕裂的监测装置。它由信号源、特殊的闭合回路、接收器和执行机构组成。可以快速监测输送带全程,并能快速抢修。

Description

本实用新型是用于监测输送带发生深划痕或撕裂的装置。
一般的监测装置是在输送带内埋入若干个闭合导线框(见图7),当输送带纵向撕裂时导线框被切断,这时由信号发生器、闭合导线框、接收器和执行机构组成的感应电路被切断,使输送机停车。这样的装置有以下问题:1、谐振频率只能选在若干个固定的频率上,且不可调,可能会与附近电讯设备相互干扰;2、导线框被割断,必须完全修复才能运行,需要很长的时间;3、若全程监测须有甚多的收发装置及复杂的执行机构;4、当导线框较小时,因谐振频率较高,所以对信号源、接收器的要求也高,信号损失大,对附近电讯设备干扰大。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种新的监测输送带发生深划痕或撕裂的装置。其特征是:只用一套本装置就能在输送带的全长范围内快速监测,并且容易制造和维修;同时抢修快,可在数分钟内就能完成对闭合回路中一个断路点的抢修,使监测装置能快速地重新投入运行;再有本装置谐振频率可调。所以能避开与附近电讯设备的相互干扰,并能选在损耗、干扰都小的最佳谐振频率上工作。这是已有技术较难达到的。
现结合原理框图1简述如下:
本实用新型由信号源1发出交变的激励信号,使装在输送带上的闭合回路2中产生谐振响应。当输送带深划痕或撕裂时,闭合回路断开,因此闭合回路的响应发生异常。接收器3接收闭合回路中的信号,并依此信号去推动执行机构4,完成显示、记录、报警和控制功能。在上述闭合回路2中装有频率调节器。用于调整谐振频率,使之工作在最佳状态。并避开与附近电讯设备的相互干扰。
实施例1(见图2);
在普通输送机上附加信号源1、接收器3、执行机构4、且在输送带11内嵌有细长导线6,上述导线按预定角度延伸过预定宽度,且沿输送带纵向闭合组成闭合回路2。在闭合回路2中可以装有频率调节器8,还可以装有常开开关9,同时也可装有信号输入点10、常闭开关7。各导体应电阻小、耐弯曲。
频率调节器8可以用电容、电感串联或用石英晶体组成。其作用是调节闭合回路2的频率,使本监测系统避开与附近电讯设备的相互干扰,并且能选在损耗小的频率工作。
上述导电体的上述延伸的宽度最好近似于输送带宽度,这样可以在输送带发生深划痕或纵向撕裂时,很容易被切断。上述横向延伸部分的两个导体之间的距离根据工艺对输送机的要求取定,一般可取数十毫米至数十米。上述闭合回路在输送带上的布置形式可参考图3中a、b、c,上述横向延伸部分的导体彼此绝缘可以是两两较近距离的平行、绞合或屏蔽的以减少与外界干扰。
为了快速临时抢修闭合回路的故障断开点,可以在闭合回路上分段地并联上上述常开开关9,当闭合回路被切断时,通过常开开关9的闭合,把闭合回路接通,使监测装置继续投入运行。图4是常开开关9的一个实例,它可以由输送带上的两个电极12、高强度绝缘材料制成的螺母13和绝缘材料制成的螺钉5组成。把螺钉5换成导电材料的螺钉,就可以将此开关闭合。
闭合回路隐蔽的故障断路位置可用寻找暗设导体断路位置的常规方法。如把交变信号(可以是中、低频)从上述信号输入点10送到闭合回路,用信号检出仪即可确定断路位置。上述常闭开关7的作用是把闭合回路分为两段,使上述断路位置的确定工作顺利进行。
信号源1的频率可选制造和许可使用的频率,一般可选中、低频,信号源1、闭合回路2和接收器3最好选相互匹配的频率,信号源1的输出功率应足够大,接收器要有足够的灵敏度,以保证系统工作的稳定和可靠。
实施例2:
若在输送带内嵌多套闭合回路,可根据闭合回路被切断的多少来区别事故大小和位置。执行机构据此做出不同反应。图5是用2套闭合回路的示意图;它们沿输送带纵向并列布置以区别事故的大小。图6是多套闭合回路分段布置的示意图;它可以区别事故位置。当然也可以分层布置;如在表层布2个闭合回路、内层布1个闭合回路。
本实用新型中关于普通输送机、信号源、接收器、执行机构、输送带、导电体等具体形式及闭合回路隐蔽断路点的确定方法等问题,在本监测系统中都占有各自的重要性,但它们都属已知技术。另外上述实施例可以有机的组合。
上述各实施例都可以在信号源和接收器上加对闭合回路的跟踪机构。

Claims (3)

1、一种输送带深划痕或撕裂的监测装置它是带式输送机上附加信号源(1)、接收器(3)、执行机构(4),且在输送带内嵌有细长导线;上述导线按预定角度延伸过预定宽度,且沿输送带纵向闭合,组成闭合回路(2);在输送带深划痕或撕裂时,上述闭合回路被割断,闭合回路对信号源的响应发生异常,接收器检出此异常,协同执行机构完成显示、记录、报警和控制功能;其特征是:上述闭合回路中装有用于调节闭合回路频率的可由电容、电感串联或石英晶体组成的频率调节器(8)。
2、如权利要求1所述的监测装置,其特征是:为了快速地临时抢修闭合回路的故障断开点。在上述闭合回路分段地并联上常开开关(9);当闭合回路被切断时,通过常开开关(9)的闭合,将闭合回路重新接通,使监测装置继续投入运行。
3、如权利要求1或2所述的监测装置,其特征是:为了区别事故的大小和位置,上述输送带上有多套上述闭合回路沿输送带纵向并列或分段或并列、分段布置。
