Description

本实用新型是关于微功耗光电传感器,特别是脉率计用的微功耗光电传感器。
脉率计用的光电传感器在日本公开特许昭58-27542号中已作了报导。这种光电传感器是在V型或凹型的基板两侧各安装一个半导体发光二极管和一个半导体光敏器件。这种传感器结构简单、使用方便,不足之处是功耗大。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种低功耗的光电传感器。
本实用新型的要点是,在基板上设置两个半导体发光二极管和一个半导体光敏器件,光敏器件位于两个发光二极管之间,三者紧密接触。两个半导体发光二极管串联在一起,半导体光敏器件的峰值波长与半导体发光二极管相匹配。上述装有发光二极管和光敏器件的基片安装在隔光衬套上。
下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步的描述。
图1是本实用新型的传感器上的半导体发光二极管和半导体光敏器件的安装方式示意图;
图2是传感器的结构图;
图3和图4是传感器电路图,示出本实用新型的两种实施例。
在图中,〔1〕和〔2〕是半导体发光二极管,最好是红外发光二极管;〔3〕是半导体光敏器件,通常用光敏二极管或光敏三极管,光敏器件的响应峰值波长约为0.94μm,与发光二极管的峰值波长相匹配;光敏器件〔3〕设置在两个发光二极管〔1〕和〔2〕之间,三个器件〔1〕、〔2〕、〔3〕紧密接触。以呈一直线为最佳。上述三个器件设置在基片〔4〕上,基片安装在隔光衬套〔5〕上。隔光衬套〔5〕可以用质地柔软的纺织品、塑料制品、橡胶制品等材料制成。在隔光衬套〔5〕上可设置紧固件〔6〕,例如尼龙搭扣、松紧带等,以便适应粗细不同的手指〔7〕佩戴之用。〔10〕为导线。
在图3和图4中,〔8〕为电源,通常为3伏至5伏。〔9〕为电阻,〔3a〕为半导体光敏二极管,〔3b〕为半导体光敏三极管。
本实用新型与现有的光电传感器相比,其他的性能相同,但功耗大幅度地降低,降低达四分之三以上,从而可大幅度地延长电池的使用寿命。这为制造适于长期监护的微型脉率计提供了可靠的保证。

Claims (4)

1、一种微功耗光电传感器,在基板上设置一个半导体发光二极管和一个半导体光敏器件,并置于隔光衬套上,其特征是,增设一个半导体发光二极管,半导体光敏器件位于两个半导体发光二极管之间,三者紧密接触,两个半导体发光二极管相串联在一起,半导体光敏器件的峰值波长与半导体发光二极管相匹配。
2、如权利要求1所述的光电传感器,其特征是,所述的半导体发光二极管为红外发光二极管,其波长为0.94μm。
3、如权利要求1所述的光电传感器,其特征是,所述的半导体光敏器件为光敏二极管或光敏三极管。
4、如权利要求1所述的光电传感器,其特征是,所述的两个半导体发光二极管和一个半导体光敏器件三者呈一直线。
