本实用新型是一种多用手外科手术支架。本手术支架由几条链钩和一个支架板组成，支架板的周边有一些槽口，支架板内有十二对长型孔和十二个卡子，还有八至十二个蝌蚪孔；链钩链条上的钩子可以拆装更换。无论手的大小和创伤部位，本手术支架都能把受伤的手固定在支架板上，既能十分方便地暴露伤口，又能起到手术台的作用。
Description
本实用新型涉及一种多用手术支架，特别是一种手外科手术支架。
现有的手外科手术支架是由几支链钩〔3〕和一个周边带有若干槽口〔2〕的支架板〔1〕组成。使用时，将受伤的手平放在支架板〔1〕上，伤口向外，再将链钩〔3〕的钩子〔8〕钩住伤口，并把链条〔7〕卡在周边的槽口〔2〕上，使伤口暴露。由于手上的创伤可能出现在手的任何部位，且手的大小有很大差别，仅用支架板周边的槽口〔2〕来固定链钩〔3〕不方便；并且由于伤口疼痛等因素，手掌或手指在支架板〔1〕上会发生移动，影响伤口暴露和手术操作。
本实用新型的任务是制造一种既能很方便地暴露出现在手任何部位的伤口，又能使手掌手指固定的能起手术台作用的手外科手术支架。
本实用新型所提出的手外科手术支架详见说明书附图。附图1是支架板〔1〕，附图2是链钩〔3〕，附图3是链钩〔3〕的钩子〔8〕与链条〔7〕的连接剖面图，附图4是卡子〔6〕。
本手外科手术支架的特征是在支架板〔1〕内沿手指方向开成对的长型孔〔4〕，如附图1所示，每对长型孔〔4〕配上一个卡子〔6〕；使用时，将手指放在成对长型孔〔4〕的中间，再压上卡子〔6〕即可将手固定在支架板〔1〕上；长型孔〔4〕最好是十二对。另外在各成对的长型孔〔4〕之间开一些蝌蚪孔〔5〕，如附图1所示，使用时，链钩〔3〕的链条〔7〕可固定在这些蝌蚪孔〔5〕上，这样，无论手的大小，无论手创伤的部位如何，均可方便地暴露伤口；蝌蚪孔〔5〕的数量最好是八至十二个。本支架既可用作伤口暴露支架，又可作为手术支架。
为了使用方便可将链钩〔3〕的钩子〔8〕做成多种形状、且可与链条〔7〕拆装互换。如附图4所示，钩子〔8〕可插入链条〔7〕的叉孔内、由压紧螺母〔9〕压紧。
Claims (3)
1、一种多用手术支架，特别是用于手外科的手术支架，它是由几支链钩[3]和一个周边带有槽口的支架板[1]组成，本实用新型的特征是：
a、支架板[1]内在手指位置上且沿手指方向至少有一对长型孔[4]和一个卡子[6]。
b、支架板[1]内手指间隙位置上至少有一个蝌蚪孔[5]。
2、根据权利要求1所述的多用手术支架，其特征是：长型孔［4］最佳数量是十二对；蝌蚪孔［5］的数量最佳是八个至十二个。
3、根据权利要求1、2所述的多用手术支架，其特征是：链钩［3］的钩子［8］与链条［7］可以拆装更换。
