Abstract
本实用新型属于一种紫外线消毒用具,由紫外线灯管和盛载灯管的推车组成,特点是灯管带反光罩并有伸缩式灯架。工作时引起的臭氧含量甚低,照射剂量大,适用于宾馆等的卫生间、居室的灭菌消毒。
Description
本实用新型属于一种紫外线消毒用具,适用于宾馆等。
迄今,宾馆、招待所等的卫生间的灭菌消毒,普遍采用喷洒消毒药水的方法,比较费力,而且消毒药水的气味久居不散,影响旅客休息。利用紫外线灭菌消毒具有简便易行、消毒彻底、无气味等优点,但由于没有解决因紫外线照射在空气中产生臭氧等问题,其消毒方法仅限于医院等极少数地方采用。
本实用新型的目的就在于提供一种紫外线消毒用具,它适用于宾馆等的卫生间及居室灭菌消毒。
本实用新型的技术方案是:它包括紫外线杀菌灯和装载其的推车,其特征在于:
1、紫外线杀菌灯是无臭氧含量的紫外线杀菌灯管,数量3~5个。
2、灯管安装在反光罩上,
2.1、反光罩的反射屏是不吸收紫外线的反光材料的;
2.1.1、是对称的曲面,
2.2、灯管位于反光罩的反射屏的对称面上。
3、反光罩用万向节联接于伸缩式灯架上。
4、伸缩式灯架用万向节联接在灯架底座上。
5、推车上面有滑轨。
6、灯架底座安装在滑轨上并可在其上滑动。
本实用新型有如下优点:
1、不会产生臭氧。这是由于采用了反光罩和采用无臭氧含量紫外线灯管为照射源。
①据有关理论,紫外线经二次反射激发可以大大减少在空气中引起的臭氧的含量。所以采用反光罩能促成灯管发射的紫外线被二次激发,大大减少在空气中引起的臭氧的含量。
②无臭氧含量的紫外线灯可采用特种石英玻璃紫外线杀菌灯,其臭氧含量低于0.1mg/m3。
③经检测,本实用新型工作中产生的臭氧含量大大低于0.1mg/m3甚至可以消除。
2、使用方便,消毒彻底。由于采用推车式构造,故便于改换消毒地点;由于反光罩、灯架、灯架底座、推车之间都采用万向节联接,故灯管便于纵横移动、旋转,便于接近被消毒物;反光罩的反射屏采用反光材料,反射率高,故可加大紫外线照射剂量,因此本实用新型使用方便,消毒彻底。
3、适于宾馆、招待所等的卫生间及居室消毒。因为它不会产生臭氧,便于推入房间使用,消毒彻底。
4、也适于医院病房的消毒。
本实用新型的实施例由附图1~5给出,以下结合之详细说明本实用新型。
图1是本实用新型一种具体结构的主视图。

参考图1~3,本实用新型包括推车1和安装在推车1上的三支无臭氧紫外线灯管9,推车1设置有柜子4,便于存放一些清洁工具,柜子4顶面上装设有两条滑轨6。三支灯管9分别安装在三个反光罩3上,反光罩3用万向节联接在伸缩式灯架2上,伸缩式灯架2由前杆8、后杆7组成,前、后杆8、7用活动关节连接,后杆7利用万向节联接在灯架底座5上。灯架底座5装设在两条滑轨6上,可以沿其上滑动。参考图4,反光罩3反射屏为不吸收紫外线的反光材料如不锈钢的,呈等腰梯形曲面,顶面10和侧面11夹角α为116~120°,灯管9和顶面10距离为1/4~3/4反光屏曲面高。反光罩3的这种结构既能促成紫外线得到足够量的二次激发,又能保证有较好的照射强度。参考图5,其电气控制原理是:接通电源,灯管9工作,经10~25分钟定时开关断开、切断电源,使灯管9停止工作。使用方式是:将本实用新型推入需消毒的房间如卫生间,将灯9拉近被消毒物如可将三支灯9分别对准卫生间的浴池、水池、便池,如果对整个房间消毒,则可将反光罩3朝上,然后接通电源,操作者即可离开,约10~25分钟后消毒完毕并自动关机。然后操作者可将之推入其它房间再行消毒。
Claims (5)
1、一种紫外线消毒用具,包括紫外线杀菌灯和承载该杀菌灯的推车1,其特征如下:
1.1、紫外线杀菌灯是无臭氧含量的紫外线杀菌灯管9,数量3~5支:
1.2、每个灯管9都安装在反光罩3上;
1.3、反光罩3用万向节联接在伸缩式灯架2上;
1.4、伸缩式灯架2用万向节联接在灯架底座5上;
1.5、推车1上面设有二条滑轨6;
1.6、灯架底座5装设于滑轨6上并可沿其上滑动。
2、按权利要求1所述的紫外线消毒车,其特征在于:
2.1、反光罩3的反射屏呈等腰梯形曲面,其侧面11和顶面10夹角α为116~120;
2.2、灯管9与顶面10的距离= 1/4 ~ 3/4 反光罩3反射屏曲面高。
3、按权利要求1所述的紫外线消毒工具,其特征在于:
3.1、伸缩式灯架2由用活动关节联接的前杆8、后杆7组成;
3.2、前杆8、后杆7分别用万向节和反光罩3、灯架底座5联接。
4、按权利要求2所述的紫外线消毒工具,其特征在于:
4.1、伸缩式灯架2由用活动关节联接的前杆8、后杆7组成;
4.2、前杆8、后杆7分别用万向节和反光罩3、灯架底座5联接。
5、按权利要求1~4所述的紫外线消毒用具,其特征在于:
5.1、推车1上面带柜子4;
5.2、滑轨6装设于柜子4顶面上。
