Abstract

本实用新型涉及到管子接头，特别是齿形锥式管接头。这种连接方法是被连接的管子与外套之间装有齿形锥式卡环。安装时借助外力挤压齿形锥式卡环的端面，使齿形锥式卡环楔紧管子和外套，达到紧固连接的目的。由于管子和外套不须加工出螺纹，因此是一种高效率的连接方法，并可以形成系列产品。

Description

本实用新型用于管子的连接。
现有的管子连接方法是：在管子的头部加工成管螺纹，用管接头将管子连接起来。安装时劳动强度大，费时间。
本实用新型的任务是：管子不必在安装现场套丝，安装方便，省时间。
解决这一任务的方法是：被连接管子与外套之间装有齿形锥式卡环。卡环为一锥体，可以是内园或是外园为锥面，也可以是内外园同时为锥面，在锥面上有多条齿形环槽。安装时，卡环小端相对安置，在大端的端上施外力，使卡环内园和外园上的齿楔紧管子的外园和外套的内园，达到连接和安装的目的。
本实用新型的优点是：结构简单，安装方便，卡环可形成系列产品，广范用于管子与管子，管子与弯头、管子与活节、管子与阀门的连接。
现结合附图看一个实施例。
两个齿形锥式卡环1的小端相对朝内安置在管子3的端部，外套2套在两个卡环1上。压紧卡环1的大端面，可达到安装的目的。

1、齿形锥式管接头结构，其特征是：卡环(1)装在管子(3)与外套(2)之间。
2、根据权利要求1的齿形锥式管接头结构，其特征是：卡环（1）的内园为园锥面，或外园为园锥面，或是内、外园同时为园锥面。
3、根据权利要求1、2的齿形锥式管接头结构，其特征是：卡环（1）的锥面上有齿形环槽。
